Some solid/concrete information has officially been released by Obsidian, developer of the Aliens RPG game, on the actual canceling of their once "alive" Aliens game. In all reality, this comes as no surprise what so ever due to the fact that Obsidian had hinted at the cancellation at this past years E3 event, albeit rumors non the less. Credit N4G for this nugget of sadness...
"An ex-designer who worked at the development studio has revealed in his online CV that he was attached to a now "canceled third-person action Aliens RPG" for next-gen and PC"
Here's to hoping that the new Aliens FPS i.p is still in the works. What the world needs now is a good Aliens shooter that scares the "bajesus" out of you just like the first two movie installments did! We aren't holding our breath! Kyle aka: SS SoulStealer will be non to pleased with this announcement (one of his favorite Movies is Aliens!) ...... ...... ......
