Blizzard's very own Korean Community Manager Kicho has dropped us a little hint that the Star Craft II Beta will be open to the public...Kind of. He basically hinted at the fact that the open beta will be available for "all ans of the Franchise," not just press, media and VIP's.Here are a few of his statements:
"We know that all of you are very curious about the development of the Beta with the release of many Starcraft 2 Beta Testing related news across various news portals,"

"I can definitely say that the Beta test will not just involve industry experts and other VIPs but rather will involve all fans of the franchise,"
Here's to hoping that Blizzard makes this an official "open beta" test game. The fans have demanded the release of SCII as well as Diablo III for almost four years now. To shut them out of any further development processes would just be plumb-dumb. But then again...This is Blizzard we are talking about.
