If this doesn't top your daily fix of rumor mongering than I don't know what will! A scan of the arcade flyer for Super Street Fighter 4's arcade release may be hinting at new characters being added to the game, as the text "Here comes new challengers?!" is shown near the bottom.Also, Ryan "Gootecks" Gutierrez posted back in May on his website that he heard from a "very strong source" downloadable content characters would be added to SSF4. Not thinking much of it at the time I can now honestly say that i'm very excited if this is true. There is a wide assortment of characters that Capcom could easily "stick" into the already stacked roster of fighters.
Capcom's Yoshinori Ono has also made statements regrading a "bigger than life" announcement they will be making at the SanDiego Comicon. People are still dead set on the announcement being a Tekken vs Street Fighter cross over game but until then who knows! Keep in mind the Super Street Fighter 4 arcade location tests start this weekend in Japan, and we should know fairly early on if any new characters are added to the roster or if the Tekken vs SF rumor holds true.
